Pikachu in Yellow: Did you keep it or box it? Empty Pikachu in Yellow: Did you keep it or box it?

As the title says, did you keep or box the Pikachu you got as your starter in Yellow?

If you kept it, did you feel using the Pikachu on your team was difficult? Or did you replace Pikachu with another Pokemon if you boxed Pikachu?
