It's a very easy game. I'll state a Pokémon, and then the person below me states a Pokémon and makes it use a move that's super-effective against the Pokémon I chose. Sableye, Spiritomb, and Elektross aren't allowed. =)

Example:
Owner: Kingler
Poster below Owner: Bulbasaur, use Vine Whip!
Poster below Poster below Owner: Dewgong, Ice Beam!
